FX Varsity therefore disclaims liability or legal responsibility for the non-delivery or incorrect delivery for whatever reason of the contents of this message, its effect on electronic devices or its transmission in an unencrypted medium.

Should we be involved in, engaged in, or going to enter into Legal litigation, or we have a dispute, with you,  your FULL Mentorship shall be placed on hold until further notice. This shall be at the full discretion of Management, and no correspondence shall be entered into.

The Courses entirety is run over 3 FULL days, (or the pre-stipulated Course duration) thereafter, you will receive an 18 month complimentary Mentorship programme. The Course fees cover the FULL Course as explained to you.The Course fees DO NOT cover any of our Subscripted/Ambient Services at all, these prices can be obtained in-house, anytime. This is subject to your Course having been paid in FULL,(with a ZERO outstanding Balance) and you having complied to all our terms of use. Further, it is valid, so long as you continue to Trade with one of our selected brokers, as seen upon our website. (minimum Trade values and volumes do apply, as per regulation by our Banks and Brokers, which will be altered from time to time)

FX Varsity Refunds Policy

( Note : The guidelines for partial refunds apply equally to commencing students and continuing students ).

For any reason, the course is cancelled for measures outside of Forex Varsity control whatsoever, i.e.: Natural Disasters, “Acts of God”, mass righting, looting, civil disobedience or war. Participants are invited to attend the next available course. However, under no circumstances shall any refund be entertained whatsoever.
(Note: The guidelines for partial refunds apply equally to commencing students.)

Where a student after accepting an offer, gives a minimum of four weeks written notice before the commencement of the Course of an inability to undertake the course, all tuition fees paid are refundable less an administrative fee of up to 45%.

Where a student gives less than four weeks written notice before the commencement of the Course of an inability to undertake the course, all tuition fees paid are refundable less 50% (excluding an administrative fee of up to 10%).

Where a student withdraws from a course within a week of a Course commencement date, all tuition fees are refundable less 75% (excluding an administrative fee of up to 10%).

This is applicable for all initial courses booked & does NOT include postponements.
